The Mission of The Development Center to promote, guide, and enhance principle-based individual and organizational development where and when it is most needed and wanted. This is currently accomplished through consulting, education, and coaching based on core sets of top level information and competencies. Assessments, seminars, and classes provided are based on the principle of mastery education. And, when they are used consistently, carefully, and thoroughly, they greatly facilitate the achievement of principle based individual and organizational missions.
